Excellent, supberb customer service. The manager was very professional, knowledgeable, flexible  and patient.  The ordering and delivery process was done in a very timely manner. My sleep is very comforting. The mattress is super comfortable.  It gives multiple layers of support to my back pain,  spinal and  pressure point. We purchased a new mattress a few days ago from Kevan and his team. He was very professional, there was a wide variety of mattresses to choose from in the showroom, prices were great, and the mattress was delivered the next day! Drove by for a year, and decided to stop in while looking for a new mattress for my daughter.  The convertible crib / bed frame required an ultra thin box spring, Kevan (friendly dude) had both 1-1/2" (or 2"?) and 4" box springs in stock (options! wow!).  Even threw in a mattress protector.
