All products sold by Olympic Mattress are final sale. Olympic Mattress does not offer any exchange policy or sleep guarantee. Accessories including mattress covers and pillows are also final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged once picked up or delivered.
Our products are manufactured by Olympic Mattress and are protected under our own warranty. Any defects or problems concerning the standards of our products will be handled by Olympic Mattress directly. Resolutions concerning any warranty issues are handled within 3 to 5 business of filling a claim either by phone or email.
